A buddy and I went to Ireland last August. If you’re thinking about making this trip … DO IT! My personal recommendation would be to spend the majority of golf time in SW Ireland. Ballybunion, Lahinch, Waterville, Killarney, Old Head, Galway … you can’t go wrong.

The courses are amazing, but driving a left-hand stick occupied most of my attention. Go play Ireland, drink the Guinness, meet the people. It’ll stick with you.

Hello from Myrtle Beach…..

Been to Ireland a couple of times, and someday will live there! Absolutely what the game is about…..tremendous courses, people, spirit, joy of life. Can’t ask for more…..... Had my second round ever at Old Head, on a windless beautiful day, one in a million weather-wise. Could see for miles in every direction. Breathtaking…....Thanks for bringing back some memories.

My daughter worked at a couple of courses in MB before moving to Charleston. Although in Nashville now, I’m an old North Carolinian. Love your part of the world. Wish we would have played Old Head. Yes…there will be a next time!
