Played Monday afternoon July 2nd 2007. Course overall condition is very good especially for this time of the year (summer). The greens are very soft which leaves ball marks that players refuse to repair. Fairways on the (ONLY two PAR 4 holes) are in excellent condition. Sand bunkers have soft sand making it easier to play from vs hard pan bunkers. Driving range has both MATS & GRASS to hit from. There are (2) practice putting greens. This is excellent course to practice your scoring irons, longest PAR 3 HOLE #9 is 155 yards. Hole #3 is 272 yards (LARGE bunker protects the green) & Hole #4 is 316 yards, Narrow fairway with O.B. along the entire right side of the hole (FLOOD Channel), bunkers on the left side with a 2 tier green.
